How to Leave a Review on Facebook
1. Find us on Facebook
- Go to Foundation of Health Clinic on Facebook
- If you’re on your cell phone, open the Facebook app and search for: FOUNDATION OF HEALTH CLINIC
2. Click the ‘Reviews’ button
- On the left menu bar
3. Pick Your Stars
(If you were asked to sign into Facebook, please go to Step 4 first)
- Pick however many stars you’d like to rate us
- In the message box, write about your experience, if possible, go into detail
- Click ‘Done’
4. Sign In To Facebook or Create an Account
(Don’t have a Facebook account? That’s ok!)
- Click “Sign Up”, type in your information and click the “Sign Up” button.
- If you’re on your cell, download the Facebook app and follow the instructions to sign up for a new account.
